Located within Yellow Springs at the undergraduate lever is Antioch University and at the graduate level Antioch-McGregor, two truly unique and innovative institutions. The number, range and quality of higher education opportunities within a 20-minute commute of Yellow Springs is impressive. There are two State, land-grant institutions: Central State University and Wright State University as well as state supported two-year colleges: Clark State Community College and Sinclair Community College. Private institutions include: Cedarville University, Wilberforce University, Wittenberg University and the University of Dayton. Additionally, the Air Force Institute of Technology is located on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and is available to graduate students through the Dayton Area Graduate Studies Institute.
